Sr Manager - Manufacturing Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager who is passionate about factory operations and driving end-to-end efficiency on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembly, moulding operations, factory workforce management, and will play a key role in managing operations at partner factories

What you'll do:

* Lead and manage daily factory manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production timelines, quality standards, and other protocols.

* Oversee assembly and moulding processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement productivity improvements.

* Lead, coach, and drive factory management and line managers with empathy, clarity, and strong people-handling skills.

* Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and resource planning to ensure smooth factory workflows and timely delivery.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and resolve operational issues proactively.

* Monitor production KPIs, analyze bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly to support decision-making.

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards and manufacturing best practices.

* Maintain strong discipline and team morale while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

What we're looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related fields preferred).

* Atleast 3 years of proven experience in factory operations, particularly in assembly and assembly moulding processes.

* Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, shop-floor dynamics, and operational troubleshooting.

* Excellent people management skills with the ability to handle factory staff and line managers effectively.

* Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a strong advantage.

* High levels of empathy, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to motivate teams.

* Demonstrated ability and the drive to improve productivity and manage factory operations efficiently.

* Comfortable working in the Mumbai or Navi Mumbai region
