Sr. Manager / Manager - Technical Functions Civil

Job description:

• Review and monitor civil/structural engineering designs, drawings, specifications and calculations submitted by EPC contractors.
• Supervise construction of foundations, buildings, RCC/steel structures, roads, drains, cooling-water structures, coal-handling facilities and other BOP civil works.
• Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings/specifications.
• Review method statements, ITPs, material approvals, inspection requests and test reports.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, C&I and other PMC disciplines to resolve interface issues.
• Monitor quantities, measurements, billing, variations, claims and technical deviations related to civil works.
• Conduct site inspections, identify construction deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project specifications, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Prepare/review progress reports, technical notes, punch lists and commissioning/handover documentation.
• Support project planning, risk management, contractor coordination and resolution of site-related technical issues.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1.          Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)

2.          Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)

3.          Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)

4.          Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)

5.          Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)

6.          Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)

7.          Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)

8.          Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
