Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Management professional to lead product strategy, development, training, and marketing initiatives in the Ayurveda, Pharma, or Nutraceutical industry. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, doctor engagement, and driving business growth across ethical and OTC product portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and new product development
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and portfolio analysis
- Develop scientific content, marketing materials, and product communication
- Lead doctor engagement, CME programs, and medical training
- Execute ethical, brand, and OTC marketing strategies
- Train internal teams, clients, agencies, and distributors
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Oversee product surveillance and post-launch monitoring
Qualifications
- BAMS/MD (Ayurveda) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm OR B.Sc/M.Sc
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management in Ayurveda/Pharma/Nutraceutical industries
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of industry trends & customer needs
- Willingness to travel across India
