n:Responsibilities include but are not limited t
- o:Support the Manager-Design in conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural designs for residential construction project
- s.Assist in developing design concepts that align with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standard
- s.Aid in the preparation of architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications under the guidance of the Manager-Design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulation
- s.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers, to contribute to the integration of architectural designs into project plan
- s.Assist in making minutes and organizing schedule meetings related to design discussions, project updates, and client presentation
- s.Participate in site visits and assessments alongside the Manager-Design to evaluate project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and propose solution
- s.Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to support project outcome
- s.Assist in reviewing design changes, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timeline
- s.Learn from and seek guidance from the Manager-Design, contributing to the professional development and growth of junior members of the design tea
- m.Support communication with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and permits as neede

- d.Good understanding of building bylaws, zoning regulations, statutory approvals, and construction methodologie
- s.Experience in site execution, consultant coordination, and vendor managemen
- t.Proficiency in architectural and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tool
- s.Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skill
- s.Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solution
