Role & ResponsibilitiesInnovation & Design

Lead design of functional, cost-effective packaging systems
Scout new materials, shapes, and dispensing technologies
Develop prototypes matching brand identity and product requirements
Translate consumer insights into structural packaging solutions

Sustainability & Compliance

Execute corporate sustainable packaging roadmaps
Decrease carbon footprint via material reduction (light-weighting).
Ensure total compliance with global packaging waste regulations.
Validate food-safety, migration, and environmental standards

Project Management & Execution

Manage timelines for multiple concurrent packaging launches
Conduct rigorous transit trials and drop tests
Author technical specifications for structural components
Resolve complex manufacturing line packaging defects

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Procurement to optimize material sourcing
Align with Marketing on aesthetic and branding requirements
Standardize filling parameters with Supply Chain teams
Audit external packaging vendors for quality assurance
