At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Sr. Manager / Manager - AI Strategy & Consulting in our AI Strategy & Enablement team.

The AI Strategy & Enablement team drives how Kapture shapes, sells, and delivers its AI product portfolio. We partner across Sales, CS, Partners, Product, Engineering and Operations to solution high-impact AI use cases, build GTM assets, and support pilots and strategic accounts. Our mission is to accelerate AI adoption for enterprises by combining strong solutioning, compelling narratives, and scalable enablement.

Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore and we have offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR in India, in addition to offices in the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.

What is this role all about

As a Sr. Manager / Manager - AI Strategy & Consulting, you will lead strategic AI-led customer engagements end-to-end driving discovery, solution architecture, demo strategy, pilot design and executive alignment. You will operate autonomously with senior stakeholders, influence deal strategy, and mentor junior consultants while shaping Kapture's solutioning approach for scaled deployments. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Product, Engineering and Operations to make sure every serious AI opportunity is well-understood, well-solutioned, and positioned to win.

Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

  • Own end-to-end solutioning for high-value and complex AI opportunities from deep discovery to architecture design, value case definition and solution narrative.
  • Lead strategic enterprise engagements independently, running senior client conversations and aligning multiple stakeholders across business, IT and operations.
  • Design sophisticated demos, prototypes and pilots, guiding technical feasibility, workflow logic and measurable success criteria.
  • Mentor and upskill junior Solutions Consultants, reviewing their discovery approach, solution designs and demo storylines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering and Ops to shape winning proposals, pricing models, SOWs and RFP responses.
  • Define and institutionalize best practices, contributing to scalable solution patterns, playbooks and reusable demo assets.

This is a Bangalore based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What does success look like in this role

You independently lead and close strategic AI-led opportunities by driving clarity, conviction and solution fit across complex enterprise accounts. You uplift the broader team by establishing standards for high-quality discovery, solutioning and demo excellence.

What would make you a good fit for this role

Here are the basic requirements:

  • You have 3-8 years in management consulting or pre-sales, solution consulting, strategy, or generalist roles in SaaS/software domain with customer-facing ownership.
  • Proven ability to lead complex discovery cycles, structure ambiguous customer problems and design feasible AI-led solutions.
  • Strong techno-functional depth workflows, APIs, basic data concepts, GenAI/LLM tools, prompt engineering or automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills able to hold your own in CXO-level conversations.CX exposure (Retail/BFSI) is a strong plus.

  • Ability to architect complex multi-step AI workflows and articulate trade-offs clearly.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling; confidence leading high-stakes customer conversations.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and elevate overall team capability.
  • Skill in orchestrating multi-team alignment across Sales, CS, Product, Engineering and Ops.

You will have an advantage if you:

  • Have led strategic pilots or transformations in CX, Retail or BFSI environments.
  • Have deep experience in designing ROI/TCO models, writing SOWs or winning complex RFPs.
  • Have shipped or scaled AI/automation solutions in enterprise settings.
  • Bring experience influencing product direction through insights from customer engagements.
