Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end admissions for WISE programs, staffing initiatives, and industry partnership channels
  • Lead and supervise a team of admissions executives with clear performance tracking
  • Scrutinize applications and verify eligibility criteria and documentation
  • Issue admission letters and maintain accurate records in accordance with academic standards
  • Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports using dashboards and data tools
  • Collaborate with internal departments, university officials, and industry partners
  • Develop SOPs, admission timelines, and operational process guidelines
  • Handle special admission cases including lateral entries and international applications
  • Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and other higher education regulations
  • Resolve student queries and grievances related to admissions professionally and promptly
  • Maintain updated data for audits and leadership reviews
