Job Description
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Drive both new customer acquisition (NN) and expansion within existing accounts (EN)
- Meet and exceed defined sales quotas and qualify for performance incentives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs/CTOs
- Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead sales initiatives for IT Managed Services and Cybersecurity solutions
- Ensure timely achievement of KPIs and overall sales objectives
- Establish frameworks to optimise team performance and sales outcomes
- Conduct competency assessments and contribute to capability development within the team
- Manage sales across industry verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, CMT, FMCG, and SMB segments
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing
- 10-12 years of experience in IT sales/business development
- Minimum 5 years specialising in IT Managed Services and Cybersecurity sales
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge and solution consulting capabilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving territory growth
- Established network with CIOs/CTOs within the Indian market
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, leadership, and coaching
- High level of business acumen, assertiveness, and execution excellence
- Ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate across diverse teams
