Job Description

  • Government Liaisoning: Liaise with local, state, and regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals and clearances for SRA and non-SRA real estate projects.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, legal teams, consultants, and internal departments to ensure all documentation and drawings meet regulatory requirements.
  • Approval Management: Track and drive timely approvals related to building permissions, DCR compliance, environment clearances, commencement certificates (CC), and occupancy certificates (OC).
  • SRA-Specific Expertise: Handle end-to-end liaison for Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects, including submission of proposals, follow-ups, and resolving approval-related issues.
  • Budget & Compliance Oversight: Monitor liaison budgets and ensure all regulatory submissions are compliant with applicable laws and internal protocols.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, urban planning departments, MHADA, MCGM, and other statutory agencies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation, file submissions, and maintain approval status reports for management.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address bottlenecks in the approval process and resolve regulatory or procedural challenges.
  • Internal Alignment: Work closely with project management and execution teams to ensure project timelines are aligned with approval milestones.
