Job Overview:

The Manager of Liability Insurance Sales leads a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. This role involves managing client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring team performance. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in liability insurance and experience in building successful sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plans to grow the company's liability insurance market share and achieve revenue goals.
  • Support the professional growth of the sales team by providing coaching, training opportunities, and constructive feedback to enhance skills and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to foster loyalty and secure long-term business.
  • Manage sales workflows, monitor budgets, and streamline processes for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Product Development, and Marketing to align offerings with market demand.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and corporate standards to minimize risks.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, specifically in liability or commercial lines.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and close sales and client portfolios effectively.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of liability insurance products, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools to track performance and drive insights.
