Key Deliverables:

• Develop and execute organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with business goals
• Design holistic learning plans incorporating various formats like eLearning, mentoring, and classroom training
• Monitor and report learning effectiveness using MIS and feedback systems
• Manage L&D budget, vendor relationships, and training infrastructure

• Lead training needs analysis to define skill and capability priorities
• Anchor onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration
