Job Description

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in land acquisition and liasoning in Solar & Wind energy projects
  • To collect documents from Tahsildar office and Sub-Registrar Office and arranging landowners for GPOA registrations.
  • To make all the necessary documents (11 E sketch, Blueprint, reports from Taluka office, 109 process) and ready to move for conversion of the land to nonagricultural. Liaison with all revenue offices (Tahsildar, Sub-register, RDO, Survey in Karnataka)
  • To solve the local issues in the best possible way (negotiation, filing case on behalf of company, with intervention & help of police department) ie, in the manner to provide concrete solution for the erupted issue at all the sites of Karnataka.
  • Appraising the same to immediate Manager and concerned Area Manager.
  • To arrange for No objection certificates like KEB, Health NOC required for conversion in Taluka office, Gram-Panchayats etc and in close co-ordination with land facilitator.
  • Due Diligence of all documents, verification and report preparation of land survey.
  • To take proper care while GPOA registrations.
  • To resolve ROW issues whenever raised by the former or any local body people.
  • Handling entire site Survey Work. Coordinating with Govt. surveyor for all the locations with proper boundary marking.
  • Coordinating with WRA department in head office for finalizing of site coordinates.
  • Liaison with local persons/farmers /local key persons, to resolve ROW raised local bodies. Involved in coordinating with legal department for getting opinion for all the properties
  • Coordinating with Logistic department for Material movement.
  • Monitoring Road works site cleaning work, boundary stone fixing works, for all survey works.
  • Preparing reports of Project Reports.
  • Handling day-to-day office correspondence independently and effectively.

Qualifications

Business Administration, or related field.
