We are looking for an exceptional Learning & OD professional at our Corporate office who will be responsible to unlock human potential through learning journeys and innovative learning experiences to impact at scale.

Individual Contributor, based at Govandi (E), Mumbai;

6 days work week (2nd & 4th Saturday off),

9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Key Accountabilities:

Implement various learning initiatives across organizations as per the Learning & Development strategy. Coordinate with all internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth conduct of the training programs.

Area 1. Program Management (Functional & Behavioral training): 50%

Execute the L&D strategy designed for the year aligned to the organization objectives and needs.

Facilitate key training programs - POSH, New Manager Orientation, Supervisory Skills, Competency based behavioural training program etc.

Liaise with external agencies to execute training programs for HO functions by internal trainers / experts

Track & Measuring program effectiveness through pre and post-training assessments for relevant learning programs

Area 2: Learning Management System: 10%

Manage Learning Management system (LMS), track training progress, manage training resources and generate reports on training effectiveness

Design and create modules in collaboration with SME's and Sales L&D team for LMS

Content creation, curation, finalization & release on the PeopleStrong LMS

Creation of ready reckoners, Link to external courses

Learning related polls, surveys

Area 3 : New Projects: 30%

New Initiatives and transformation work - Process Improvement & organizational development initiatives,Digitize interventions for learning

Lead the supervisory capability development areas - communication, coaching & performance management.

Area 4. Vendor Partner Management (10%)

Coordinate with the third party vendors,trainers,agencies for registration, onboarding onboarding with proper agreements.

Coordinate with vendors/ trainers// agencies and finance to ensure timely payments
