Role Summary
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive loyalty & referral sales at the zonal level from existing customer base across launches and sustenance
- Lead strategy, planning and tactical execution of eventing and other BTL activities targeted at maximizing L&R sales.
- Propose, own and monitor required marketing budgets to drive L&R lead generation and bookings. Share required marketing brief for BTL events, branding, collateral, etc.
- Recommendation of relevant customer value propositions specific to zone/project to deepen L&R sales.
- Propose and implement innovative zone-specific BTL platforms for referral generation
- Co-ordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure relevant L&R benefits are passed on to customers on time.
- Collaborate with L&R leads of other zones to maximize potential for cross-zone L&R sales
KRA's
- 20% of total zonal sales BV from L&R Sales.
- Targeted at 25% in medium term.
- Marketing cost of sale in driving L&R sales
Who Are We Looking for
Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in Relationship Management, L&R, Wealth Management with branded developer, Banking, Automobile & Hospitality domain.
- Experience in driving loyalty sales is preferred.
- Role involves travel across MMR sites.
