Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead partner onboarding processes and finalize program-related details
  • Oversee end-to-end admissions workflow, including fee configuration, NPF setup, document verification, and enrolment tracking
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Admissions, CRM, Academic Affairs) for seamless operational execution
  • Manage student onboarding activities, orientation planning, and execution of OJT agreements across partner programs
  • Drive continuous partner engagement through orientations, updates, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies, branding guidelines, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain and update MIS dashboards for leadership insight and decision-making
  • Conduct fee reconciliation and prepare timely operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
