Sr Manager - IoT and Private Networks

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead and drive development efforts for our enterprise-grade IoT products. You will provide technical leadership, own architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while collaborating across teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable backend and frontend of enterprise applications.
• Drive architecture and technology decisions aligned with business needs.
• Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Manage DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, backups, and deployments.
• Provide L3 support and lead troubleshooting efforts.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with multiple departments and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Backend: Expert level Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud (Microservices Architecture)
• Frontend: Expert level Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Material Design
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Caching: Redis Cache
• Load Testing: JMeter or similar
• Containerization: Docker
• Orchestration: Docker Swarm, Kubernetes
• CI/CD: Jenkins or equivalent tools
• Version Control: Git or similar systems
• Proficiency in internationalization (i18n) and localization best practices
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Enterprise web application architecture and workflows

Good to Have

• Expertise withLarge Language Models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents and open source GenAI ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud Native technologies and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in IoT protocols (MQTT, AMQP, WebSockets) and IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with ELK stack, mobile application development, and security frameworks.
• Experience designing responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Proven track record of leading software architecture and development teams.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful services and microservices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
