Job Overview :
This is a mid-to-senior level leadership role in a Capital Market Conglomerate. The role is responsible for overseeing compliance and inspection of Trading Members / Stock Brokers to ensure they adhere to regulatory norms

The main goal is to ensure that Trading Members (stock brokers) strictly follow all regulatory norms b
- Conducting and overseeing onsite inspections
- Verifying documents and audit reports
- Monitoring compliance
- Taking action against non-compliant members
Key Responsibilities :
1. Overseeing Onsite Inspections / Compliance Visits
- Overseeing inspections conducted by regional offices.
- Review the Inspection observation sheet and discuss observations with regional teams.
- Reviewing Inspection reports prepared by regional offices
- Draft the scope of Limited Purpose Inspections of Trading Members.
2. Member Compliance to Regulatory Norms & Audit
- Analyze internal audit reports submitted by members. Prepare agenda and present cases of non-compliant Trading Members to the relevant Committee
- Follow up and gather compliance reports from non-compliant members.
- Analyze annual returns, half-yearly net-worth, and financial details submitted by members. Initiate action on early warning signals.
- Send reminders (emails/letters/phone calls) to non-compliant members.
3. Data Collation and Analysis
- Collate data for requests from external regulators and internal departments
- Prepare Monthly Development Report, Monthly Activity Report, and regulatory half-yearly/annual reports.
- .Collate and update data on actions initiated against members for website display
4. Team Management
- Provide support to all team activities.
- Suggest best practices for team training, development, and process improvement
Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned as per organizational requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5 to 13 years
- Education: CA / MBA / CS ( for SM level no bachelors degree).

- Strong knowledge of financial and capital markets
- Deep understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
