PalTech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our demand generation strategy and execution.
This critical role will develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and meet business development targets. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct indepth industry research to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns across USA, UK, and ANZ markets.
- Lead Generation & Promotion: Promote PalTech services to prospective clients, overseeing the business development team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling) aligned with corporate growth objectives. Supporting field sales to generate leads through technology events and conferences.
- Pipeline Management: Implement lead scoring, nurturing, and qualification programs to optimize the sales funnel and ensure seamless handoffs to the closing team.
- Campaign Analytics: Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation activities, focusing on ROI and continuous process improvement.
- Prospect Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for high-value prospects, addressing inquiries and demonstrating the value of PalTech's service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
