We are looking for a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial Sr Manager Customer CoInnovation & Business Diversification to drive cocreation programs with strategic customers and build new growth pathways for the company. This role will sit at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and business development and responsible for transforming customer needs into scalable solutions, developing new revenue streams, and supporting diversification aligned with the companys long-term vision.
1. Customer CoInnovation Leadership
- Lead the endtoend Customer CoInnovation program with top enterprise clients.
- Identify customer pain points and emerging needs to design cocreation opportunities.
- Orchestrate ideation, usecase definition, rapid prototyping, and pilot execution jointly with customers.
- Partner with startups, technology partners, and internal teams to build and validate solutions.
- Build repeatable coinnovation playbooks and frameworks that can be scaled across accounts.
2. Business & Diversification Initiatives
- Drive new business creation initiatives across horizon 2 and horizon 3 opportunity areas.
- Conduct business case development, feasibility analysis, and commercial models for new growth bets.
- Identify diversification opportunities aligned with market shifts, emerging technologies, and customer demand.
- Partner with business units to translate innovation concepts into monetizable offerings.
3. Innovation Ecosystem & External Collaborations
- Actively scout for emerging technologies (GenAI, digital twins, BC, AR/VR, drones, computer vision, etc.) relevant to customer needs.
- Cocreate pilots with external partners and integrate them into customer engagements.
4. Strategic Insights & Foresight
- Conduct market scanning, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis to identify new business whitespaces.
- Develop shortterm and longterm opportunity roadmaps to guide strategic decisionmaking.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence investment priorities.
5. CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, solutions, product teams, delivery, and R&D to operationalize coinnovation outcomes.
- Ensure innovations fit into the organizations strategy, capabilities, and gotomarket plans.
- Manage multistakeholder programs with clear governance and execution discipline.
- Masters Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA + BTech preferred).
- 710 years of experience in innovation, customer strategy, business consulting, or digital transformation.
- Proven expertise in working with customers on innovation or strategic programs.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech, startup ecosystems, and datadriven innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize new business models and drive early-stage validation.
- Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills.
- Experience in frameworks like design thinking, lean startup, or agile innovation is a plus.
- Shape high impact coinnovation programs with strategic global customers.
- Drive the creation of futureready offerings, platforms, and business models.
- Work closely with senior leaders and influence the companys longterm growth agenda.
