What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end initiative execution from inception to GA, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Optimize governance and processes using Jira, Aha, and Jellyfish.
- Align cross-functional teams and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership.
- Lead continuous improvements and standardize initiative execution.
- Contribute to strategic business goals through stakeholder engagement and process innovation.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–10 years of program or project management experience in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of SaaS initiatives, including budgeting, strategic planning, and subscription-based metrics.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams to deliver Initiatives and Programs.
- Expertise in agile frameworks, change management, and process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, and operations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Aha, and Jellyfish for initiative tracking and governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
