Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - India Payroll & Payroll Accounting to lead end-to-end payroll operations, payroll accounting, statutory compliance, financial controls, and payroll governance for India operations. The role will oversee payroll processing, payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and external service providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations, payroll accounting, and finance.
- Significant experience managing India payroll within a large IT, technology, multinational, or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing payroll teams and leading large-scale payroll operations.
