Job Title Growth Marketing Strategy
Role Purpose
Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns for Insurance industry. ICICI life Insurance is looking to hire a Growth Marketing & Strategy Lead to own and scale our Annuity & Retirement and partner digital portfolio. The role requires a leader who can blend strategic partnerships, data-led UX optimization, and multi-channel performance marketing to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue. You will orchestrate end-to-end digital journey on website and for digital partner working on GTM playbooks for Annuity & Term products while improving funnel efficiency and market share.
GTM leadership
.Own end to end GTM strategy for product launches, major features releases and strategic initiatives
.Build scalable launch playbooks covering segmentation, targeting, messaging, channels and measurement
.Ensure launches deliver measurable business outcome not just awareness
.Own the P&L and growth roadmap for a digital product portfolio, scaling the digital customer base through innovative, exclusive digital experience, ecosystem-integrated journeys.
. Drive qualified lead acquisition via integrated performance marketing (SEO/PPC/Social) and app-driven channels.
.Reduce cost of new customer acquisition through data-driven cross-sell and existing customer base optimization.
User Insights & Market intelligence
.Build strong voice of customer systems using quantitative and qualitative inputs
.Identify friction points across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention funnels
.Monitor competitive moves and identify whitespaces opportunity for category leadership
Growth and Adoption
.Drive feature adoption, engagement, and retention in partnership with product and growth teams
.Design interventions that improve habit formation and lifecycle conversion
.Own core metrics such as user to lead conversion rate, feature penetration, repeat usage, and repeat usage
.Orchestrate multi-channel automated nurture campaigns (email, in-app, push) to achieve high payment page retention and lift CTR.
Product Positioning & Strategy
.Define differentiated positioning and messaging and narratives for core and emerging products
.Translate market signals, user behaviour and competitive insights into strategic product recommendation
.Influence product roadmaps through market back thinking and customer insights
.Synthesize landing page design, competitive intelligence, and core brand messaging to deliver a frictionless end-to-end customer journey

Cross-Functional & Category Leadership
.Act as strategic bridge between product, marketing, compliance, data, demand and business teams.
.Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities, narratives and success metrics
.Build product marketing as strategic capability within the organization.
.Coordinate across product, marketing, technology, and compliance teams to exceed revenue and profitability KPIs.
.Equip fulfilment/sales teams with targeted training and customer engagement frameworks aligned with digital growth strategy.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth (Term Plan ICICI BANK)
.Strategize D2C campaigns and scale partnerships with digital platforms to drive revenue growth.
.Translate complex product benefits into high-impact partner value propositions, establishing market leadership for core product offering.
.Implement product messaging frameworks to streamline partner onboarding, ensure brand consistency.
Prepare and present reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
