Role Summary

  • Finance Strategy & Project Management will be responsible for driving financial planning, strategic analysis, and high-impact projects for the Partnership Distribution (SC) business. The role will focus on analyzing financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve business efficiency, profitability, and growth. The individual will work closely with leadership, finance, and business teams to deliver insights and ensure effective execution of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Partnership Distribution (SC) business.
  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to identify business growth opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Track and analyze revenue performance, cost structures, and key financial metrics.
  • Lead and manage strategic projects and business initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership review.
  • Work closely with finance, business, and operations teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, business reviews, and strategy updates for senior leadership.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure successful execution.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong financial analysis and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of financial modeling is preferred.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience

.2-4 years of experience in finance strategy, business strategy, consulting, corporate finance, or project management roles.

.Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or partnership distribution businesses is preferred.

.Exposure to business planning, financial modeling, and strategic project execution will be an advantage.

.Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.

Educational Qualification / Experience

  • MBA from a Tiered institute with minimum 1-2 year of experience
