Role Summary

  • Program Office will be responsible for driving strategic programs, ensuring effective governance, and supporting the execution of key initiatives within the Partnership Distribution (SC) business. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking progress against defined milestones, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The individual will work closely with leadership and multiple stakeholders to streamline program execution, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and initiatives within the Partnership Distribution (SC) team.
  • Establish and manage program governance frameworks, including timelines, milestones, and reporting structures.
  • Track program progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, technology, and strategy to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards, status reports, and performance trackers for leadership review.
  • Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify potential operational or program risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare program updates, presentations, and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in program management across the team.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and drive execution through clear frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

.2-4 years of experience in program management, business strategy, consulting, operations, or project management roles.

.Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or partnership distribution businesses is preferred.

.Exposure to strategic program execution, cross-functional project coordination, and governance frameworks will be an advantage.

.Prior experience working closely with senior leadership and multiple internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualification / Experience

  • MBA from a Tiered institute with minimum 1-2 years of experience
