Fund accounting
Purpose / key objective of role Calculation and publishing NAV. Preparations of reports and schedules. Communicating with internal team and stake holders. Ensuring accuracy and compliance in the functions stated below
. Ensuring accurate and timely calculations for NAV on a daily basis
. Having a basic understanding on concepts related to derivatives and their accounting methodology
. Preparing and reviewing Fund Accounting-related financial reports, investment schedules, IFRS reports and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.
. Staying updated with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory/accounting requirements. . Coordinating and reconciling custody and investment bank account related transactions between different portfolios within the organisation.
. Developing and maintaining Fund Accounting policies and procedures to ensure effective controls and governance.
