Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead HR

initiatives for a key location. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving alignment

between people strategy and business objectives.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end HR delivery including talent strategy, organizational effectiveness,

employee engagement, and change management, while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws

and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities :-

Strategic Partnership & Leadership

Partner with business/unit leadership to define and execute people strategies that drive

organizational performance and growth.

Translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives, workforce plans, and organization

design solutions.

Provide thought leadership on talent, culture, capability building, and organizational

effectiveness.

Anticipate and proactively address workforce challenges, risks, and opportunities.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and succession planning aligned to

business priorities.

Drive employer branding and enhance talent pipelines for critical roles.

Oversee onboarding and assimilation strategies to improve productivity and retention.

Partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to implement best-in-class talent programs.

Performance & Capability Management

Drive a high-performance culture through robust performance management frameworks.

Coach and influence leaders on goal setting, performance differentiation, and feedback

practices.

Identify capability gaps and lead learning and development interventions.

Use analytics to track performance trends and improve organizational effectiveness.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, investigations, and

conflict resolution.

Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Mitigate organizational risk by proactively identifying and addressing people-related issues.

Promote fair, consistent, and transparent HR practices.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Design and implement engagement strategies to enhance employee experience and retention.

Analyze engagement requirements and drive targeted action plans with leadership teams.

Foster an inclusive, high-performance, and value-driven culture.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Change Management & Transformation

Lead and support organizational change initiatives including restructuring, transformation

programs, and culture change efforts.

Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

Enable leaders to effectively communicate and drive change across teams.

HR Analytics & Insights

Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends such as attrition,

engagement, productivity, and diversity.

Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Use predictive insights to recommend proactive actions for business leaders.
