Job Description

The Senior Manager Human Resources (OD & Cultural Transformation) will be responsible for designing and implementing organization development strategies, driving cultural transformation initiatives, and enhancing leadership and employee effectiveness across the organization. The role requires a proactive HR leader with strong exposure to manufacturing environments, people analytics, and change management practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.

Experience:

  • 1015 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 45 years in OD, change management, or cultural transformation roles.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industry setup is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of OD frameworks, behavioral science, and organizational psychology.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics for decision-making.
  • Exposure to digital HR tools and platforms preferred.
