The Mission
This role goes beyond managing channels — you will shape how EB1A Experts is perceived in the market, building a brand that commands trust, authority, and premium positioning in a credibility-driven category.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Identity & Positioning
- Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, positioning, and narrative, ensuring a consistent, premium identity across all touchpoints.
- Translate complex client journeys into high-impact brand storytelling that reinforces credibility and aspiration.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure all communication reflects a cohesive and differentiated brand voice.
2. Brand Building & Market Presence
- Conceptualize and drive high-impact brand initiatives (campaigns, partnerships, community-led efforts) to strengthen category leadership and visibility
- Own and execute PR and media strategy, including press coverage, thought leadership placements, and external communications to build authority and credibility.
- Build structured programs to amplify client success and advocacy into long-term brand equity.
3. Online Reputation & Brand Trust
- Own the end-to-end reputation strategy, proactively building trust across platforms through reviews, testimonials, and community signals.
- Establish frameworks to monitor sentiment, manage risk, and respond to public discourse in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure client experience consistently reinforces the brand promise.
4. Social Media Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end social strategy, positioning EB1A Experts as a category authority across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Build a scalable content and engagement engine focused on high-quality audiences, not just reach.
- Establish leadership presence through insight-led content, storytelling, and consistent audience engagement.
5. Tracking, Insights & Optimization
- Own a full-funnel brand and social performance framework across awareness, engagement, consideration, and trust, leveraging metrics like share of voice, audience quality, engagement depth, sentiment, and advocacy.
- Translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations to continuously refine brand positioning, content strategy, and growth investments.
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in Brand, Social media, and Digital Marketing, with strong hands-on experience in brand building (mandatory).
- Proven ability to build and scale brand presence in digital-first or high-trust categories.
- Strong understanding of social ecosystems, audience behavior, and content strategy at scale.
- A strategic thinker and storyteller who can translate complexity into compelling narratives.
- Analytical and outcome-oriented, with the ability to connect brand efforts to business impact.
- High ownership mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
