Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Government Sales based in Gurugram. The role involves advancing Saffron Networks business goals within the government sector through strategic initiatives and fostering key relationships. The Senior Manager will oversee sales operations, conduct market analysis, develop business plans, and provide excellent customer service. The individual will work collaboratively to identify opportunities, manage client accounts, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate and interpret market data effectively
  • Experience in Business Planning, including strategic planning and execution to achieve organizational goals
  • Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams seamlessly
  • Customer Service expertise, focusing on client satisfaction and relationship management
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a results-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with government operations and experience navigating the public sector sales landscape
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
