Sr Manager - Govt Relations & Partnerships

Edunet Foundation is looking for an experienced professional to lead Government Relations and Partnerships for our skilling and outreach initiatives.

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Experience: 8–10+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: Up to 30% (local & outstation)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with Government Departments and officials.
• Identify and develop new Government partnership opportunities for Edunet's skilling programs.
• Drive partnerships with State Government departments and relevant government bodies.
• Manage the MoU / Government collaboration process from discussion to final approval.
• Develop and execute Government partnership strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of Government-led initiatives.
• Represent Edunet Foundation in Government meetings, networking events and industry forums.
• Track partnership progress and maintain regular updates/reporting.
• Stay updated on relevant Government policies, schemes and developments in the skilling/education ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in Government Relations, Government Partnerships, Public Affairs, Outreach, Institutional Relations or Business Development.
• Strong experience working with Government Departments, preferably in the Skill Development / Education / Vocational Training / Employment ecosystem.
• Strong Government network and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience in handling Government MoUs / partnerships / collaborations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Leadership and team-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
