Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for maintenance of all machinery and equipment at the mines site.
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure smooth site operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Monitor machinery health and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure cost control and adherence to maintenance budgets.
• Prepare future improvement plans and coordinate with higher management for execution.
• Coordinate with Material and CWS teams for maintenance support and resource planning.
• Manage maintenance manpower, conduct training, and enhance team skill development.
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in HEMM maintenance and supervision.
• Hands-on exposure to heavy equipment maintenance, planning, and troubleshooting.
• Capable of taking new initiatives and driving development/improvement projects.
• Good leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Must be open to relocation.
