Inviting the applications for the role of CNI Operations Manager- Assistant Manager/Manager/Sr Manager

In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of KYC processes for Complex non-individuals, specifically tailored for our Australian client. This role is essential in ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the KYC process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Australian regulations. Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet client demands

  • Monitor staff performance in real-time to ensure optimal productivity, Manage Team leads and their performance metrics

  • Generate daily control reports to maintain operational rigor and oversight

  • Lead and mentor a team of KYC specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the client, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Build strong relationships to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Develop and enforce risk management protocols to mitigate potential compliance risks. Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, process changes, and compliance metrics. Maintain accurate documentation for performance governance reviews and for audit purposes.

  • Drive continuous improvement of Complex Non-Individual KYC processes and controls

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution

  • Relevant years of leadership expertise in AML/KYC operations with relevant years overall experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end KYC operations

  • Effective stakeholder management and escalation handling

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical skills to assess operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements ACAMS preferred

Preferred qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian KYC regulations and compliance standards for Complex non-individuals.

  • Proficient in KYC case management tools and MS Office for reporting and governance.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Risk, QA, Compliance, and Transformation functions to strengthen controls and processes.
