Working directly alongside the Founder(s), you will be the connective tissue between vision and ground-level execution driving strategic priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the D2C business scales with speed and precision. In a D2C setup where speed-to-market, customer obsession, and unit economics are everything, this role demands someone who can think like a strategist, execute like an operator, and communicate like a leader all at once.

Working directly alongside the Founder(s), you will be the connective tissue between vision and ground-level execution driving strategic priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the D2C business scales with speed and precision.

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Business Operations
- Partner with the Founder(s) to define and execute the company's D2C growth strategy
- Translate brand vision into structured roadmaps across marketing, product, supply chain & CX
- Own the business operating rhythm weekly reviews, monthly performance, quarterly planning
- Track OKRs and KPIs across all D2C functions and flag deviations with recommended actions
- Deep-dive analysis on unit economics CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, and repeat rates
- Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead high-priority strategic projects product launches, channel expansion, tech implementation
- Act as the central program manager for initiatives spanning marketing, tech, ops, and finance
- Drive accountability across teams ensure decisions get made and timelines are met
- Manage interdependencies between D2C channels (DTC website, Amazon, quick commerce, offline)
- Founder Support & Leverage
- Prepare the Founder for key meetings board decks, investor updates, agency pitches
- Draft high-quality strategic memos, investor presentations, and business case documents
- Manage Founder's calendar strategically prioritize access and minimize time leaks
- Represent the Founder's office in internal and external discussions when required
- D2C Growth & Brand Initiatives
- Support GTM planning for new product lines, SKU launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on performance analysis and retention funnels
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding key partnerships tech vendors, 3PLs, and agencies
- Drive research on D2C market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging consumer behavior
- Investor Relations & Fundraising Support
- Support fundraising activities data room preparation, financial modelling, investor communication
- Maintain a live business performance dashboard for investor reporting
- Coordinate with the finance team for accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders agencies, logistics, tech vendors
- Track vendor SLAs, negotiate commercial terms, and escalate issues where necessary
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Founder's office and all internal teams
Qualifications
MBA from a Tier-1 institution preferred
Strong candidates from D2C backgrounds considered.
