Key Roles and Responsibilities:-
Familiar with Production & manufacturing process in forging & rolling.
Knowledge of fasteners & related process.
working knowledge of computer in excel & power point.
Knowledge of Quality circle,5-s, lean etc.
Daily production planning
Having good knowledge of cold Forging / rolling / CNC/ CLG / Tooling exp.
Good knowledge of computer PPT / Excel/Word / AutoCAD
Good presentation skill
Production, Manpower planning in the section.
Driving Improvement activities in Department.
Involvement in new part development in section.
Daily disposal of rejection/rework
Control of consumables in section.
To Provide on job trainings to new contractual employees including safety and quality.
Work for elimination of abnormalities.
Driving & Involvement in improvement/ Kaizen activities
