Sr. Manager (Finance) - Real Estate Industry - Immediate Joining

Position: Senior Manager - Finance

Qualification: Charted Accountant or MBA in Finance

Experience: 10+ years (3 to 5 years in real estate)

Compensation: Up to 24 LPA

Location: Bangalore – Residency Road

Reporting To: Managing Director

Week Off: Sunday

Timings: 10am to 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial business plans for all verticals and projects.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

1. Investment Management:

• Plan and manage investments, including leveraging company funds, raising equity, and utilizing dead assets effectively.
• Strategize for IPO readiness by 2027, including ESOP structuring and equity planning.

1. Fundraising and Revenue Sourcing:

• Handle project loans, IPF, and fundraising activities specifically for real estate projects.
• Explore and secure revenue sources to drive project completion and growth.

1. Tax Planning and Compliance:

• Supervise tax planning to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee accounts management and follow up on receivables to maintain cash flow and financial health.

1. Team Management:

• Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts team to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the team's activities, ensuring timely follow-up on receivables and adherence to financial policies.

1. Asset Management:

• Analyze and plan the utilization of dead assets to maximize returns.
• Maintain a structured approach to tracking and optimizing company resources and investments.

1. Financial Reporting:

• Monitor and report financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and projections.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor project-wise profitability and cost allocation
• Handle consolidation of group entities SPVs Structure
• Evaluate project IRR, NPV, and feasibility
• Implement cost control mechanisms for ongoing projects
• Prepare and monitor project-wise cash flow statements
• Manage fund flow across multiple SPVs/projects
• Liasoning with banks/financial institutions for funding requirements wrt to Finance data
• Provide insights on, Project performance, Cost overruns, Revenue recognition (POCM / completed contract method), Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis
• Prepare financial models and investor presentations Added Advantage if Proficiency in Odoo ERP systems

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
• Strong background in real estate finance, with 10+ years of domain-specific experience
• Expertise in fundraising, project loans, and investment management
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
