Role Overview
The Pricing Analyst/Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to analyze market trends, cost structures, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain pricing models for products/services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to recommend optimal pricing strategies.
- Ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Financial Impact Assessment:
- Evaluate the financial impact of pricing changes on revenue and margins.
- Prepare pricing scenarios and sensitivity analysis for decision-making.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Sales, cluster heads solutions, HR, Taxation, Treasury, Automation, Bid Management to support pricing decisions.
- Provide pricing guidance during bids, tenders, and negotiations.
- Reporting & Monitoring:
- Track pricing performance and report variances against approved business case.
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs related to pricing effectiveness.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to internal pricing policies and approval processes.
- Support audits and documentation for pricing decisions.
