Position: Sr. – Environment, Health & Safety

Location: Bhuj, Gujarat

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Experience: 13–16 years of relevant EHS experience, ideally in chemical, petrochemical, hazardous-process or other high-risk manufacturing environments.

Role Purpose:

Lead the site's Environment, Health & Safety function, build a strong safety-first culture, and manage EHS risks across hazardous operations, utilities and effluent treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EHS team and drive a safety-first culture across employees, contractors and visitors.
  • Manage process safety for hazardous chemicals plant.
  • Lead HAZOP, HIRA, JSA and Management of Change (MoC) processes.
  • Oversee maintenance and contractor safety, including Permit to Work, LOTO and Work at Height systems.
  • Ensure safe ETP operations and environmental compliance, including hazardous waste handling.
  • Ensure statutory and legal EHS compliance, including audits and inspections.
  • Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action closure.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness, fire safety readiness and drills.
  • Drive the annual EHS training plan for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain EHS management systems, internal audits and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech Engineering degree (Chemical/Environmental) or related technical discipline.
  • Professional certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or Occupational Health preferred.
  • Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements for hazardous chemical sites.
