About the Role
VATS Filtration Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Engineering to lead product engineering activities and manage engineering documentation across the organization. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Purchase, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of engineering outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all engineering activities required for manufacturing of products and equipment.
- Manage and maintain all engineering documentation, drawings, and revisions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Manufacturing teams on all engineering aspects of projects.
- Develop and review 2D and 3D designs, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Ensure engineering documentation is accurate, complete, and controlled.
- Identify design anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvements in product design and engineering processes.
- Mentor and manage the engineering team to ensure timely execution and high-quality deliverables.

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in modern 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Creo (Pro/E), or similar CAD platforms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and engineering standards.
- Experience in engineering documentation management and revision control.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in industrial equipment, filtration systems, process equipment, special-purpose machines, or engineering manufacturing industries will be preferred.
