Job Description

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers across R&D, quality, production, and service departments
Drive project execution from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met
Coordinate cross-functional activities to optimize engineering workflows and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Use project management software to plan, schedule, monitor, and report on engineering projects
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify engineering needs, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and industry standards
Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering best practices, tools, and methodologies
Evaluate team performance and identify development and training needs to build a high-performing engineering unit
