We're expanding our team in Engineering function of commercial refrigeration buiness, India. We're looking for a talented, highly motivated, and results-driven engineer with expertise in refrigerant component/system model development and technical leadership. As a specialist you will be responsibile for the development, implementation, and testing of physics-based models of Refrigeration components and systems and providing technical leadership to the internal and external customers.
- Manage overall lab setup for commercial refrigeration euipment while working closely with selected lab manufacturer
- Ensure timely installation and commisioning of lab as per schedule.
- Ensure maximum uptime of equipment.
- Ensure E&HS guidelines being followed to maintain LWIR and TRIR = zero
- Manage overall lab setup/ euipment in terms of caliberation, meeting/ complies to applicable test standards
- Co-ordinate with cross functional team for part & product development, lab testing
- Commercial Refrigeration product/component testing and its approvals
- Write specifications, test plan for commercial Refrigeration component / product level
- Qualification of Product / part from OEM.
- Supporting sales organization with technical training support as and when required
- Creation of documentation and standard work for lab operations, component / product level testing
- Ensure components and products comply to applicable regulatory standard like IS, BIS etc.
- Manage overall Accredition of lab as per NABL/ ISO as per requirement
- B.E. Mechanical with specialization in Refrigeration and Air conditioning,
- Preferable, Master in operation and management
- Experience of control algorithm design and it's application
- Experience in stastical tool to ensure confidence on test result accuracy, consistency etc.
- Sound knowledge in refrigeration or HVACR
- Good communication skills and first project management experience
- Sense of responsibility, commitment, Team player, flexibility, willingness to travel
- Proficient on MS office suites e.g. PPT, MS word, Excel.
- Should be familiar with ECR, ECIN, VAVE, Tollgate gate process for new product design
- Product experience on Condensing unit, Evaporator, Multideck will be prefered
