Utility & Services Management:
- Monitor the operation and maintenance of plant utilities and services, including water, air, steam, nitrogen, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, to meet production and compliance targets.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.
ERP & SAP Proficiency:
- Utilize SAP/ERP systems effectively for maintenance planning, resource management, and reporting.
Energy & Cost Management:
- Drive energy conservation initiatives and implement cost-reduction strategies as per organizational mandates.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and compliance requirements within the engineering team.
Budgeting & Planning:
- Prepare and manage annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets in line with business objectives.
