Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Solution / Pre-Sales Engineerwith expertise innetwork orchestration platform. This role is responsible fordriving technical solutioning, customer engagement, and pre-sales support, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.

    The ideal candidate will combinedeep infrastructure domain knowledge,AI/ML Automation expertise, andstrong client-facing skillsto support sales, define solutions, and drive successful deal closures.

    Key Responsibilities

    Pre-Sales & Solutioning

    • Engage with customers tounderstand business and technical requirements
    • Design and presentend-to-end AI/ML Platform enable Managed Services solutionsfor AIOP based service fulfillment
    • Support sales teams inRFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution proposals, and estimations
    • Createsolution architecture, high-level designs (HLD)and integration approaches
    • Conductproduct demos, PoCs, and technical presentationsto customers

    Technical Expertise

    • Act as an SME forAutomation platform or similar, including:
      • Service orchestration
      • Workflow design
      • Network provisioning & activation
    • Defineintegration strategieswith EMS/NMS, and network elements
    • Designservice models and lifecycle workflows
    • Provide inputs onscalability, performance, and deployment architecture
    • Support definition ofmicroservices-based and cloud-native solutions

    Customer Engagement

    • Interface directly withclient stakeholders (technical & business)
    • Translate customer challenges intosolution blueprints
    • Address technical queries and provideexpert guidance during sales cycles
    • Build strong relationships and act as atrusted advisor

    Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely withproduct engineering, delivery, and architecture teams
    • Provide feedback forproduct enhancements and roadmap alignment
    • Ensure smoothhandover to delivery teamspost deal closure

    Required Skills & Expertise

    Domain Expertise

    • Strong telecom background in:
      • Obserability and Configurability systems
      • Network provisioning & fulfillment
      • Service orchestration platforms (ThreadSpan or similar preferred)
    • Good understanding of:
      • WAN/LAN/Cloud/End User/DC
      • Security
      • Service lifecycle management

    Experience & Qualifications

    • 1015 yearsof telecom / networking experience
    • Significant experience inpre-sales / solution engineering roles
    • Bachelors / Masters degree inEngineering (Telecom / Computer Science)
    • Experience working withglobal Enterprise clientspreferred
