Sr. Manager /DGM - Tendering

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end tendering and bid management for large-scale railway and metro infrastructure projects. This role will play a critical part in driving order inflow through strategic bidding and strong commercial acumen.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Railway / Metro / Infrastructure tendering
• Proven track record in bid management & order conversion
• Sound understanding of technical + commercial + contractual aspects of civil projects
• Hands-on experience with tendering portals (IREPS, GeM, etc.)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership

Years of Experience: 12+ Years

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)
