Has the ability to understand the needs of OEMs and create business opportunities.
Channel Management
Leverage the channel (Distributors/ Stockists, Dealers, Retailers, System Integrators) to address customer applications & nurture them for technical capability enhancement.
Technical Acumen
Possess knowledge of Industrial OEMs.
Have a good understanding of HMI and SCADA.
Able to handle and develop Key Accounts, Distributors, OEMs, and convince them with compelling arguments.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
Degree in Electronic Engineering.
Experience
7-10+ years experience in sales.
Has a good level of technical skills in HMI / SCADA & automation products.
Business Acumen
Possess good commercial knowledge and market knowledge.
Can negotiate and build relationships.
Excellent influencing and convincing skills with all stakeholders in business.
