Big Thinking Meets Speed - Quickly generate compelling creative ideas, from brand films to
digital campaigns, and translate them into high-quality executions
360° Creative Leadership - Oversee design, video, animation, and social media creatives,
ensuring all assets align with the brand vision
Innovate Across Formats - Conceptualize and develop key visuals, promotional campaigns,
and multi-format storytelling across print, digital, social, and video
Film & Content Ideation - Collaborate with production houses and agencies to drive
impactful brand films and video storytelling from ideation to execution
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work seamlessly with marketing teams, agencies, and internal
stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life
Design Excellence & Brand Consistency - Ensure all creative deliverables maintain the
highest standards of quality and align with brand guidelines
Team Co-ordination - Mentor, guide and co-ordinate with a small team of designers,
fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency
Role requirements:-
Industry Preference: : Agency side or Brand side (FMCG, D2C or New Age brands)
Years of experience: Minimum 12 years Must have:
1. Strong digital-first mindset with deep expertise in short form and long form content
2. Proven experience in end-to-end creative production (from concept to execution)
3. Ability to navigate and manage complex organizational hierarchies and multiple stakeholders
4. Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Claude)
5. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
