Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Sales (Designation can vary depending on the current role but this is a Senior Manager and above role)

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Corporate Sales professional to lead and expand our B2B business in Mumbai. This role will be responsible for driving corporate partnerships, building high-value relationships, and scaling revenue through institutional tie-ups, insurance partners, hospitals, and large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients including MNCs, SMEs, hospitals, insurance companies, and senior living communities
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, and decision-makers
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and long-term contracts
Lead negotiations, closures, and contract management for high-value deals
Create customized solutions and proposals based on client requirements
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand positioning
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine offerings
Build, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

Key Requirements:

8–12+ years of experience in B2B / corporate sales, preferably in healthcare, elder care, insurance, or services industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Strong network with corporates, hospitals, or insurance players in Mumbai
Experience in leading and scaling sales teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive closures
MBA or equivalent preferred
