Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • The role is responsible for leading the Business Analytics function to drive data-driven decision-making, improve business performance, and support strategic growth. Partner with Finance, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to deliver actionable insights, advanced analytics, and AI-powered solutions.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • MBA Finance, CA or business or equivalent qualification
  • 8-14 years relevant experience in Telecommunication environment, especially experience in managing Telco partners.


Other Knowledge & Skills
  • Good understanding of Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Global Telecom Networks, Basics of Access Technologies
  • Financial & Commercial knowledge - Cost and Margin analysis
  • The role may be an individual contributor or may lead a small team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy.
  • Build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks for business performance.
  • Drive financial planning, profitability analysis, forecasting, and business case evaluations.
  • Analyze telecom KPIs and network performance.
  • Leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to improve forecasting, customer analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing analytics team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure data governance, reporting automation, and adoption of analytics across the organization.
  • Responsible for AOP build and Forecast
