Business Development Manager - Cooling

Location

Mumbai

Minimum Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical / Mechanical)

Work Experience

Minimum-5+ yearsin sales/presales within the domain of precision cooling for Data Center infrastructures

Skills & Profile Requirements

  • Responsible for Pre-sales and Business Development of the Cooling product line.
  • Drive Sales & Gross Margin for Cooling Business in the assigned region.
  • Expertise in Precision Cooling for Data Centers, including:
    • Precision Air Conditioners
    • In-row Close Coupled Cooling
    • Precision Chillers & Integrated Solutions
  • Grow and sustain Cooling Business as standalone products and integrated solutions.
  • Key performance metrics: Revenue, Market Share, and Gross Margin.
  • Provide Pre-sales support to sales teams across regions for Data Center infrastructure (segments: C&SP, Enterprise, Channel).
  • Coordinate, review, and strategize Data Center business with Schneider Electric team.
  • Act as a consultant during customer engagements and demonstrate domain expertise.
  • Understand customer requirements and develop solutions for:
    • New Data Centers
    • Edge DC
    • Retrofit Data Centers
    • Critical Facility Operations
  • Build strong consultant relationships.
  • Proficiency in mechanical and HVAC calculation tools.
  • Knowledge of HVAC piping schematics and Electrical single-line diagrams.
  • Quick learner with passion for technical solution design & selling.
  • Analyse customer needs to create techno-commercial competitive solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Solution, Product, Project) to define, design, and optimize solutions.
  • Strong in reporting and follow-ups to track regional funnel and update leadership on progress.
