We are seeking a dynamic professional to join ourClient Servicing Team. The ideal candidate must come with a strong background in theevent industryand a proven track record of managing corporate clients, delivering high-quality events, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver flawless event experiences.
- Manage end-to-end project execution including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term relationships through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
Requirements
- 48 years of experience in the event industry (mandatory).
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Proficiency inGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with leadership qualities.
