Empower and support selected candidates in establishing and growing their businesses.
Lead a team of business development associates to expand the Access to Energy business through the network of micro enterprises.
Build and implement innovative commercial policies to drive growth and success for the channel.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and action plans for new business initiatives within the Access to Energy sector.
Coordinate with partner organizations to leverage their entrepreneur development programs and enhance the network of entrepreneurs.
Provide coaching, training, and support to micro-enterprises to help them succeed and retain business.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and conflicts are managed effectively.
